Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for READY TO WEAR items only. Any exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving (tracking number says delivered) the item. The item can not be sent back and exchanged if the product looks worn or is not in the same condition as it was sent out. As long as upon arrival of the return we have the item requested in stock it can be exchanged or it will be a store credit to your order (Store credit lasts 2 weeks. To which you would contact us before purchasing again so we can add the credit to your order, no store credit cards.)

 

Shipping must be paid by the client for any exchanges. Previous payment for shipping is only for the original item. We do not provide Return Lebels. Return Labels are only sent upon management approval. 

All custom items are made to measurements provided. If no measurements are provided, then it will be made by whatever general size you provide.

If the custom item doesn't fit or you provide inaccurate measurements it can be re-made (However it will take ANOTHER 3-4 week production time depending on fabric) or you will have the option to choose a pre-made item. 

 

Shipping

All pieces are shipped via USPS. Once your item leaves the boutique, delivery is in the hands of USPS. 

Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS. 

Client is able to pay for a different shipping such as Fedex, or UPS for an additional charge, once a purchase through the website has been made. 

 Payments

  All Payments for any Christal Reyes  outfit or retail are through this website, we do not accept payments through cash app, PayPal, Western Union, Etc. or any other payment service.

We are not at fault for any scams, fake pages, etc.
